This is an overhaul of an Oyster Perpetual with a strong vintage feel. It is a consignment item and will be on display in the store after the repair is completed.

Disassembled

The caliber is 1030. I think it is the predecessor to the 15 series. At this age, there are significant differences between individual watches, but this one is in good condition with no rust.

The time mechanism was assembled

Although the movement is well over half a century old, it is still accurate and can be used practically. The accuracy adjustment is not yet a screw type like Microstella, but a regulator. The Kifshock is a flower type, giving it a vintage feel.

This is the back side

It is simple because it does not have a date. Since there is no fast forwarding of the date in this age, it may be easier to use without a date.

Casing

Although it is not something you usually see, the rotor is a butterfly type. This rotor shape is seen on the 1030 and early 15 series.

Now it's time for a running test. This is a vintage model with gold lettering, wedge indexes, and leaf hands. It looks even more stylish in person than in the photo.

Once the repairs are complete, the item will be on sale in the store. It will be on consignment and the sales price is expected to be around 400,000 yen + tax.
