[About this watch]

This is a vintage model that is believed to have been manufactured by Movado in the 1960s. A normal automatic winding watch has a rotor that rotates around once, but the half rotor makes contact with the bumper at about two-thirds of the way and bounces back with a spring. Although the winding efficiency is not as good as that of a typical automatic watch, you can feel the rotor bouncing back when wearing it on your wrist. We recommend using it with assistance from a hand winder.

The internal movement has been overhauled. It appears to have been used very little and is in good condition.

The case is compact at 33 mm, and although it was sold in men's size at the time, I think it would be a boys' size now. It can be used by both men and women.

The overall condition is good, but some discoloration can be seen on the dial (around 8 to 9 o'clock). The lugs on the case are not worn and the edges are sharp. The crystal has been replaced with a new box crystal that is close to the original.

Due to the model year it is no longer waterproof.
