It's a Breitling Navitimer, probably manufactured in the 90s.
The dial is black and in good condition with no discoloration. The indexes are thought to be tritium and have started to discolor. The hands appear to have been replaced later and still glow.
The internal movement is Cal.7750 and has been overhauled by our company. The case has been lightly polished. Genuine buckle and box are included.
