This is a vintage Breitling chronograph, Cosmonaut. It has the same movement as the Navitimer, but the hour hand completes one revolution, making 24 hours. It's written in 24-hour format, so it's hard to tell the time if you're not used to it, but it's a gimmick that makes it easy to tell if it's day or night.

Breitlings of this age tend to have a tendency for the luminous material on the dial to deteriorate, and this particular watch is also showing signs of fading and discoloration. The internal movement is Venus 178 and has been overhauled by our company. The case has only been cleaned.

It has become non-waterproof due to age.
