Purchase Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase services at physical stores and on the internet website operated by Matsuno Watch Store .
By applying for this service, users are deemed to have agreed to the contents of these terms and conditions.
This service offers two options: in-store purchase, where you bring your items to the store, and home delivery purchase, where you send the items via courier service .
Unless otherwise noted below, the provisions of these terms and conditions apply equally to both in-store purchases and mail-order purchases.
Items that can be purchased
The products that can be purchased at our store are basically watches that we carry.
Even if the above applies, the following items cannot be purchased:
- This product is not available in our store.
- Even if we carry certain products, we cannot purchase the following items:
- The manufacturing unique number (serial number) cannot be identified.
- Items for which payment has not been completed by credit card, shopping credit, etc. and for which the customer does not own the item.
- Items suspected to be stolen, counterfeit or lost.
- Homemade items and fully custom-made items.
- Other items that we have determined we cannot purchase
Purchase price
When we make a purchase, the prices we will tell you are as follows:
- Provisional valuation amount: We will inform you of an approximate valuation amount based on the information you have filled in on the valuation form.
- Final purchase price: The price after the product arrives and we check its appearance, operation, accessories, etc.
Please note that if there is a discrepancy between the condition you entered in the appraisal form and the actual condition of the item, the final purchase price will be changed.
Delivery method
If you use our purchase service, you can use the free shipping "cash on delivery" option.
If you send it yourself, free shipping will be based on the shipping rates of Japan Post or Sagawa Express.
When using this service, please be sure to send in a size 60 box.
If the shipment exceeds size 60, the free shipping service will not apply.
Our store is not responsible for any damage or breakdown that occurs during the transportation of the product.
Normally, each shipping company provides compensation, but if you are sending a product worth more than that amount, please use separate shipping insurance. (Please contact each shipping company for details.)
About product inspection
Regardless of whether the purchase is successful or not, we will check the operation and condition of the product.
Conclusion of the sales contract
After we inform you of the final purchase price, we will receive your reply via email or other means indicating your agreement with the final appraisal price.
Or, if there is no reply within three business days after sending you an email informing you of the final purchase price, we will assume that your purchase has been accepted and that the transfer has been completed.
In addition to the above, we assume that you have agreed to the provisional appraisal amount before shipping the item, so if there is no change in the final purchase price from the provisional appraisal amount, we will transfer the purchase price to you.
Ownership of purchased items
As stated above, ownership will be transferred to our store when the sales contract is concluded.
Cancellation of the purchase contract
We cannot accept any cancellations after the sales contract has been concluded.
Transfer account and payment method for purchase amount
If you bring it to the store, the purchase price will be paid by bank transfer.
If you choose our mail-order purchase service, we will transfer the funds to the financial institution account you specify on the form.
The name on the account to which the transfer is made must match the name of the person selling the item on the identification documents.
Regardless of the reason, you cannot transfer funds to an account in someone else's name.
Regarding transfer fees for purchase amount
The first transfer will be at our expense.
If there are any errors in the account information on the application form, the transfer fees for the second and subsequent transfers will be borne by the customer.
Expiration date of the estimated amount
The estimated price is valid for 7 days from the date of contact.
If the appraisal validity period has expired, please apply for an appraisal again.
Regarding the storage period
Generally, it will take 2 weeks from the date the product arrives at our store.
If you do not respond to the final purchase price notification, or if the necessary documents are insufficient,
If you are unable to do so, we will return the product to you at your own expense.
Returning the product
If you cancel the item you sent to us after provisional appraisal, we will return it to you, shipping charges paid by you.
About identity verification
In accordance with the Secondhand Articles Dealings Act, we will verify the identity of customers who use our purchase service.

About identity verification documents
Copy one of the following and include it in the box or upload it.
- driver's license
- Japanese passport ( ※If it only has the photo printed on it, it will be invalid as it does not have an address printed on it)
- Basic Resident Registration Card (both A and B types)
- Alien registration certificate (completed)
- Various health insurance cards (health insurance, national health insurance, mutual aid insurance, seamen's insurance)
- Various welfare certificates (physical disability certificates)
- Various pension books (orange)
- Other government-issued photo identification documents
- * Only documents with name, address, and date of birth listed
- * Only valid and valid items
*The page showing your name, address, and date of birth will be required, so depending on your identity document, you may need to make multiple copies and send them.
If you shipped the product to our store yourself ...
In accordance with the Secondhand Articles Dealers Act, identity verification will be completed when you receive a receipt notification for the documents sent from our store via personal delivery mail .
If you do not have an ID showing your current address, you can submit the following documents by attaching them to your ID.
(However, this must state your name and current address and be issued within the last two months.)
・Utility bills or receipts (electricity, gas, water)
・Income tax and resident tax receipts, tax payment certificates
・Social insurance premium receipt
・Documents issued by government agencies
Purchases by customers under the age of 20
We do not purchase from customers under the age of 20.
If you receive something suspected to be stolen.
In accordance with Article 15 of the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act, if we suspect that a product may be stolen, we will immediately report it to the local police station.
Changes to the Terms
The contents of these terms and conditions may be revised (changed or added) without prior notice.
Any matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Secondhand Goods Business Law and the Enforcement Regulations of the Secondhand Goods Business Law.
It shall comply with the provisions set forth.
