We do not accept repair requests by phone or email from customers who are far away.
Please note that we do not accept repairs on custom products.
We accept repairs at our store, so please feel free to visit us.

Includes mainspring and gasket replacement and waterproof testing except for some models.
Light polishing of the case and bracelet is 5,500 yen. If not required, we will just clean it.
Plastic windshield types are not very waterproof. Although waterproof testing has been done, it is not considered waterproof due to the year and specifications.

About parts procurement
We may import parts that are difficult to obtain in Japan from overseas. In order to carry out in-house repairs at the lowest possible price, it will take 2-3 weeks from the time of arrangement, so please allow a little longer for the repairs to be completed.
In such cases, we will notify you in advance, so we appreciate your understanding.
Estimates are free. We also repair manufacturers not listed, so please feel free to contact us.
